The Wisconsin Heart Hospital
The Wisconsin Heart Hospital operates within a fiercely competitive healthcare market and is Greater
Milwaukee's only single-specialty heart hospital. Their goal is to increase the number of procedures performed and patients seen at the hospital.

To help achieve this goal, we created a self-mailer that educates consumers about heart attack symptoms, highlights the 24-hour emergency department and offers a free pedometer to anyone who brought the mailer to the hospital. We supplied a mailing list via list rental that contained households with specific demographic information within zip codes near the hospital.

To further increase the hospital's visibility, we also created a four-color, eight-page custom publication that promotes an overall healthy lifestyle. The content includes everything from the latest diagnostic exams for heart disease, to simple ways to get more from your walking workout.The goal is to keep the publication conumer-friendly, raise awareness of hospital services and entrench the hospital brand within area homes.

 

 
Wisconsin Equal Justice Fund

The Wisconsin Equal Justice Fund (WEJF) is a non-profit organization that raises funds to support legal service providers throughout Wisconsin. Each year, WEJF sends a direct mail campaign to state Bar Association member, which serves as one of their major fundraising endeavors for the year.

Their mailing for the previous year consisted of a letter and response envelope, which was not eliciting as strong a response as other packages had in previous year. GT Creative developed a letter and 4-color brochure that highlighted the programs that WEJF supports, as well as illustrated the great financial need that exists for these programs to continue. We segmented the mailing into 13 different versions depending on location within the state, or by law firm for especially large practices. The piece also included a donation envelope for a no-hassle response mechanism, which helped garner the highest average gift per donor to date.

 
Wisconsin Arthritis Program
Wisconsin Arthritis Program works to build awareness about the burden of arthritis and ways people can work to lessen the disease's impact. To help achieve this goal, GT Creative created a graphical display that is used at various health fairs and exhibitions and describes the mission of the organization. The display includes information on the costs of arthritis, program initiatives, and steps individuals can take to alleviate the effects of the disease.
 
Watertown Pain Consultants, S.C.

Watertower Pain Consultants, S.C., a physician opening his own private practice needed to announce his new endeavor to physicians and patients, as well as to establish a brand identity. To achieve these goals, we created a custom logo treatment executed on business cards, letterhead, envelopes and note cards. We also created a custom website with information about his practice, services and location.

Restrictions on marketing his new practice made him unable to directly contact existing patients. Since his patients are physician-referred, we used print ads in several local publications to make the announcement to physicians. Physicians also received an announcement with a perforated Rolodex card printed with his new office information. TO provide patients with information, we developed a brochure that is available at the doctor's office. All media include the logo and the physician's picture to raise recognition for the new brand.

 
Tricom Funding
Tricom Funding provides funding to staffing companies. With an eye toward bringing more new clients on board, Tricom Funding called GT Creative to develop a comprehensive marketing plan. With a mixture of direct mail, print ads, emails, greeting cards and special industry conference packages, GT Creative initiated a plan that segmented the prospects by current funding provider and adapted the messages to highlight specific Tricom Funding competitive strengths. While the sales cycle to sign a new client can be long, the campaign continues to get the Tricom Funding name and benefits in front of prospective clients.
